Polytop Classic fixed pergola
A protected terrace under a waterproof pergola!
The Polytop Classic fixed roof pergola is a waterproof pergola that protects from both bad weather and sun in its rigid sandwich panel version. It is the sustainable and modern pergola solution for patio and garden. Unlike a wooden pergola, the Classic polytop pergola is made of aluminum, therefore very easy to maintain and durable. Less imposing than a veranda, the fixed pergola does not require a building permit if it is less than 20m² (prior declaration of work if <20m²).
We have been manufacturing this model of pergola for ten years, the installation was improved in 2017 with a new design and clip-on profiles. The fixed pergola can also be used as a multi-use shelter, a carport or a patio shelter.
A rigid roof
The Polytop Classic fixed pergola is made of rigid panels. Named Poly-top since you have the option of choosing between polycarbonate sheets or sandwich panels (ISOTOIT® ). The profiles provide ingenious and robust support for the plates (see Eurocode 1 snow load map). Maximum projection differs according to polycarbonate roof pergola or ISOTOIT® type sandwich panels.
Assembly with clip-on profile
With our experience in the design of aluminum systems, we offer an easy-to-assemble fixed pergola. After mounting and squaring the structure, the 32mm fixed plates will have to be clipped onto the different beams and intermediate beams. Same principle as on the Top Lucia fixed pergola. The slope is adjustable at the time of the construction site according to the height of the footing and the height of installation.
Protection in all weather
Thanks to its slope of 5 ° to 15 °, the classic Polytop fixed pergola effectively evacuates rainwater. For optimal protection for all weather, opt for the 32mm sandwich panel version which also insulate against heat. If you want to maintain the clarity of a polycarbonate roof, know that it is possible to optimize the fixed roof pergola with a sunroom awning (veranda awning). Positioned on the pergola, it will reduce the temperature under the pergola by shading the polycarbonate walls of the 32mm plates.
Clip the locking profiles of the panels.
