The company has been designing and manufacturing ‘Origine France Garantie’ closure solutions for more than 50 years with aluminum extruded in France (Pierrefitte Nestalas extrusion plant). In addition to easy installation, the pre-framed hinged shutters prevent your house, despite the installation of normal shutters, from remaining a thermal sieve. A great insulation with good hinged shutters eliminates the “cold wall” effect, a source of heat loss, condensation and discomfort.

Reinforced thermal protection
The insulated aluminum shutter acts as a shield, cold air does not penetrate between the shutter and the window. The air thus preserved creates a real additional thermal block. This system maintains a constant temperature indoors in all seasons. Even in summer, the insulated shutter stops the heat and keeps the air at a constant temperature behind the shutter. The wall in thermal insulating material and polypropylene facing (recyclable material).
Pre-framed system for perfect insulation!
Thanks to our pre-framed system, installation is facilitated and the extruded aluminum profiles insulate your home. The frame is made in a custom French factory. You still have to drill and fix the pre-frame during installation on site. Your shutter is factory-set and the hinges are attached to the pre-frame. You no longer have to intervene on the facade to position them. The installation of these high thermal performance shutters is facilitated as well as their maintenance thanks to the properties of aluminum.
High-performance sandwich panels
The Mitjavila research and development office worked with clear-cut specifications for the supply of sandwich panels used in the assembly of aluminum shutters. Their thickness of 28mm gives them a thermal coefficient Uw of 0.97 / m2. Insulation plays an essential role in the energy consumption of a building and increases your comfort.
Our shutters can be ordered in a hinge-to-hinge or Z brace versions. Quality hardware is available in various colors on request. Lacquering is guaranteed for 5 years.
The benefits of the pre-framework.
Choose a pre-framework to be RT 2012 compliant (Thermal regulations in France) and benefit from the aid available. The aluminum covering profile makes it possible to compensate for false plumbs in the masonry and most of the time to hide the old hinges cut off during renovation.
