A sturdy design frame: pergola with photovoltaic panels
You’re not sure which model of pergola to choose for your home. What if you combined sun/rain protection and green electricity production? Our system allows the installation of several photovoltaic panels. Our Electra pergolas are easy to install and require very little maintenance. The sturdy aluminium frame guarantees that the photovoltaic panels will be firmly and permanently attached to the roof, producing energy for many years to come.
The aim of such an installation is twofold. To gain sheltered m2 and reduce your electricity bill at the same time. With its simple installation and contemporary design, the Electra Design 2 or 3 pergola is an ideal solution for a variety of configurations.
Fixing the effective panels
The framed panels are fixed within the frame of the pergola while having a 4 cm slope to drain water during bad weather. Drainage is via the posts. The photovoltaic panel pergola offers a solid, long-lasting base for self-consumption without you having to worry about the upkeep of this 100% aluminium structure.
A horizontal structure
To create a Carport with a contemporary look, the Electra Design 3 photovoltaic panel pergola is, thanks to its large dimensions, our most suitable model. Its design features a horizontal frame to blend in perfectly with your home. The Design 2 model, on the other hand, would be better suited to a terrace pergola.
Invisible cable routing
With the cable management option, you won’t be bothered by visible cables running along the panels. A communicating cable tray is available as an option. Ideal for finding out the status of the microinverters.
Back or island version
Our two Electra solar pergola models are available in two versions, island and lean-to, so you can install the configuration that best suits your project. In both configurations, rainwater is always evacuated through the posts.
