Plastic injection technology allows the use of all types of thermoplastic polymers. It also makes it possible to recycle a part during production.
We use plastic parts to lighten the weight of our systems. These parts have good elasticity and resistance without the disadvantage of oxidation. In addition, this process makes it possible to obtain colored, mass tinted parts, without having to lacquer them and, due to the nature of the plastic used, fire-resistant.
The group has 15 PVC injection presses in Portugal. A fleet of machines with a power varying from 35 to 400 Tons.
